The conditions in this return policy apply to all customers who buy products from Konstnärsfabriken .se

              

Delivery time

Orders are normally processed within 5 working days. However, it may take a little longer during our training days, fairs, holidays and public holidays.

Shipping calculation

Free shipping applies to customers in Sweden for orders over SEK 500.
If the customer requests a telephone notification in writing when ordering, this will be charged according to costs, currently SEK 140/shipment.
Did we miss something in your delivery?
Incorrectly delivered goods or if your order is not complete according to the delivery note, this must be notified to us in writing no later than 5 days after delivery.

Complaints
The recipient must always make sure that the correct number of products have been received, and note any visible damage upon receipt. If the damage is extensive, do not accept the package and file a complaint with the shipping company (Postnord/DHL) .
Right of withdrawal / Not collected
For orders made that are not picked up at the post office or deny receipt of the delivery, you will be charged for the shipping cost incurred during the delivery to you as well as for the return to us
In case of right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.
Products that you received by mistake can be returned. Provided we receive them in perfect condition and within 5 working days of delivering the products to you, we will credit your order. We do not credit you for any opened product.
All damaged or faulty products that are returned are tested by us upon receipt. If any product is found not to be damaged or faulty, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the cost of shipping.
If any product is found to be damaged or faulty, we will refund the cost of that product in full in the same way you paid.
You are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of returning the products to us for any reason, except where we have agreed to pay for such costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURN YOUR ORDER
  • If you want to return any product, please contact us at info@konstnarsfabriken.se first.
  • Please ensure you include your individual returns reference when returning your items.
  • Please ensure that the returned items are properly packaged. We are not responsible for products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you use track shipment.
  • If the above procedure has not been followed correctly, we reserve the right not to process the returns.
Back order
Back order monitoring generally takes place automatically, unless the customer/buyer has notified us in writing that this should not happen. The exception is also products in our weekly offers and campaigns. Backorders are processed and shipped as soon as the product is in stock.
Payment terms
Payment is made with Klarna, card payment or with SWISH to 123 657 0980 (Svensk Ögondesign AB).
Reservation against final sale
We strive to offer our customers a wide range of products. Many articles are only taken home in limited editions, unfortunately we do not always have time to change the stock status in the webshop, which may mean that the goods are sold out, see the item Backorder.
Prices
All prices are stated including VAT. Konstnärfabriken reserves the right to compensate for increasing costs beyond our control, e.g. increased transport costs, currency changes or increased raw material prices. We reserve the right to carry out price adjustments on an ongoing basis, without an obligation to provide information or special notification to individual buyers.
Generally
Konstnärsfabriken reserves the right for possible printing errors on this website. This also includes color reproduction, typos in text and pricing.
Fake orders
Please note that all orders are logged with IP address and time. All fake orders are reported to the police.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for the consequences of such obstruction in operations caused by the actions of the authorities, strike, lockout, war, internet decline, import ban or other circumstances beyond OUR control.
