The conditions in this return policy apply to all customers who buy products from Konstnärsfabriken .se

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive products that are damaged or if the order is incorrect.
  • Products that you received by mistake can be returned. Provided we receive them in perfect condition and within 5 working days of delivering the products to you, we will credit your order. For hygiene reasons, we cannot credit you for any opened product.
  • Should the packaging be damaged during delivery, YOU SHOULD NOT REDEEM IT. Please mark it "REJECT AS DAMAGED" and ask for the package to be returned to us directly.
  • All damaged or faulty products that are returned are tested by us upon receipt.
    • If any product is found not to be damaged or faulty, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the cost of shipping.
    • If any product is found to be damaged or faulty, we will refund the cost of that product in full in the same way you paid.
  • You are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of returning the products to us for any reason, except where we have agreed to pay for such costs.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • Please ensure you include your individual returns reference when returning your items.
  • Please ensure that the returned items are adequately packaged. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you use track shipment.
  • If the above procedure has not been followed correctly, we reserve the right not to process the returns.
