So-called epoxy resin, better known as resin and resin epoxy, is a hard plastic that has grown in popularity in recent years, especially with those who like DIY, "do it yourself" projects. Resin is a self-drying mass that creates a transparent and shiny surface that resembles glass after it has dried.
